Effective from 1 September 2026

The service

AddonHive add-ons are software extensions of the Shoptet platform, offered through the Shoptet marketplace (doplnky.shoptet.sk / doplnky.shoptet.cz). Pricing and billing are handled by Shoptet under its terms; we do not accept payments from you directly.

Availability

We operate the service targeting 99.5% monthly availability outside planned maintenance. Notifications also depend on the availability of the Shoptet API and target services (Slack, Discord…), for which we are not responsible. A missed notification does not give rise to a damages claim.

Your obligations

You are responsible for the channel configuration and for who you give access to the notifications. If you enable showing the customer name, you are responsible for the lawfulness of such processing towards your customers.

Termination

You can uninstall the add-on at any time in the CMS administration. Notifications stop immediately and we delete the data within 30 days. We may terminate the service with 2 months’ notice given by e-mail.
